1. Free Up Your iPhone Storage
Make more room on your iPhone by setting up Automatic Message Deletion. Yes, each message you send requires only a drop of storage, after a bit they can build up.
Avoid this by setting your messages to automatically delete after a set period of time. Click Settings > Messages and under “Message History” you can select the expiry date for your messages. (30 days; One year; Forever)

3. Stop That Outlook Distraction!!!
Want to stop those incoming email notice prompts that flicker up and grab your attention? You have two choices.
- Shut down Outlook
- Turn off the prompts. To do so, go to File > Options > Mail > Message Arrival. Uncheck all four boxes (play a sound; briefly change the mouse pointer; show an envelope icon; display a desktop alert)
4. Clever Gmail Idea: Use Aliases To Sort Email
Bet you didn’t know you had freedom to create different email addresses using your own in Gmail? Use this to help sort your email.
You add the”extra” bit after your username and before the @gmail.com. My address is email@example.com. So I can use firstname.lastname@example.org if I wanted to mark some emails as personal.
Another example, “email@example.com” is the same as sending a message to “firstname.lastname@example.org” or email@example.com.
5. YouTube Video Watching Trick
When watching YouTube videos on your phone in full screen mode; double tap the left to rewind 10 seconds. Double tap the right to fast forward 10 seconds. Tap multiple times for longer periods.
