1. Communication Tip – Lovely Meeting You
Perhaps the single most important thing you can do the day after meeting someone – be it on a plane, while waiting in line or at a business or networking event – is to send a quick note, telephone (if appropriate) or email (if you really don’t have the time). This will catapult you in front of the crowd as very few people do it.

4. Gmail Tip – Tasks
You can create a task from an email. From Gmail’s More Actions menu, click Add To Tasks. If you have keyboard shortcuts enabled, you can use Shift+t instead.
5. Wellbeing Tip – Listen to your body:
Often we think more work equals higher productivity. But sometimes a little break in mental or physical activity can be just what we need to keep our productivity flowing throughout the day.
You can do this by listening to your ‘Ultradian rhythms’. Without getting into too much detail, your ultradian rhythms are natural body cycles that occur through the day every 90-120 minutes where the mind and body give us clues signaling the need for rest and a change in physical or mental activity. Ignoring these signals may lead to fatigue, stress and you guessed it, decreased productivity. Therefore every hour or two throughout the day, when you feel yourself starting to yawn, get tired or losing concentration, take a break and make time for rejuvenation and awakening. This could be done by simply standing up and having a quick stretch on the spot, going for a short walk (even just to the bathroom) or going to the kitchen for a quick glass of water.
