Debbie’s input into the sales team really hit the mark with the challenges that our sales team will be facing this year her discussions and training really hit the mark and it tied in nicely with our business plans for 2012.
Already I have seen the impact this has had on the sales team being more communicative to their customer base and as a result some leads have resurfaced once presumed no existent. So thanks Debbie.

Each individual learned some new ways to help him/her work smarter not harder, which was one of the goals I was hoping would be achieved from the session. I think for all of us, it was like a having a light bulb switched on, to reveal some of the useful and timesaving functions of outlook which have been sitting there in front of us all the time without us knowing they were there.
For me personally, it was good to know that some of the things you recommended we should do, like the ‘Google calendar’; we have already implemented for our programme scheduling on our website. Steven also pointed out some good selling points that should accompany the bits of information which is published on the Internet about SCR. I, together with the team will look forward to working with you on follow ups over the next 12 months.

Thanks for opening my eyes to the use and many uses to the Computer, especially where Emails are concerned. I have a very broad area which I use in our Fabtrol System, but I do receive lots of Emails, and I deal with them DAILY, and hope to head home CLEAR of Emails. With all info received from you on Friday, I can now do the FOLDERS thing and put RULES in Place etc.
Yesterday was well worth the effort for me, been busy last evening and today consolidating, whipping Google + and Google maps into shape, Sheryl is plugging gaps in our customer base so we can start using our email to advantage… and more! We first met you at a marine conference in Queenstown, perhaps 5 or 6 years ago, and we were really impressed with your presentation and information given. Sometimes you don’t know what you don’t know and some of the content of Debbie’s presentation was like opening a new door. We have implemented so many of your ideas since your wonderful session a year ago. The most notable being the use of google drive as our staff intranet.
